"This hotel was an incredibly comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even better. Its location was perfect, right in front of the beach and close to many of the spots I wanted to explore. The food was phenomenal, and the ambiance throughout the property was amazing. There was a DJ every evening during dinner, which created such a fun, vibrant atmosphere. It was definitely a vibe. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Colombia."

"I liked the location. However the Manager would stare at me Everytime I entered the Hotel as if he didn't already know that I was a guest. He's a weirdo. The rooms were clean and housekeeping does a great job..But the hotel itself needs better maintenance there is mold and rust along the inner window frames that appear to be painted over to conceal. The puddy work in the bathrooms are terrible needs to have a professional do the work. Beautiful appearance of the Hotel from the entrance , lobby and up to the 2nd floor"

"Property is nice and clean. Staff is professional and friendly. Pool is very clean. Only thing I did not like is that the AC was not powerful enough to maintain the room cool. But I did sleep well at night. I don’t know if it’s because Cartagena had a very humid weather but I feel that the AC needs to be updated. Other than that it’s a great place. "
