Me and my family we were traveling from USA and I booked this hotel in a hurry, but we were blown away by the quality cleanliness and the customer friendliness of this hotel. Anoop ji and his team was exceptional in understanding and catering to our needs any time during the day or night. I look forward to being back very soon.

Members of the staff were exceptionally good in terms of their hospitality. Special mention about Vaishnavi and Akash at the reception, and Subhash in house keeping.

This is a beautiful colonial property set in extensive delightful gardens at the edge of Pachmarhi yet convenient to many outdoor activities and places of interest. The restaurant is particularly noteworthy, with its extraordinary staff and incredibly fresh and tasty food offerings - like someone in your family is this incredibly good cook and prepared every single meal with love and dedication for you! I think this hotel is more valuable than most of hotels in India for a $25 per night. I got what I want and spend a wonderful time there
