The hotel is very nice. We were driving on our trip, so the available parking was perfect. You do need to contact the hotel and reserve parking (which is in a secure underground lot adjacent to the hotel). While you do need to pay for parking the ease of finding it makes it worth it. Also, it is easy to access AND is on the edge of the old and charming part of town. We found it to be very quiet as well.

The hotel is an interesting mix of ancient and modern. Our room was modern and very comfortable. My husband said the shower he took was the best shower ever. The staff was helpful and kind and one of them accompanied us to our room when we checked in to show us around the room and demonstrate how to use some of the bells and whistles (blinds, light switches, shower). Recently returned from 10 days in Spain where I mostly rented apartments so that my niece who was traveling with us could have her own room. We decided to book 1 night in a Parador to get that uniquely Spanish experience and decided to do it for our night in Toledo. Unfortunately, I did not realize that the town and the province of Toledo were different entities.
