"The hotel was just a short drive away (about 15 mins) from the centre of Seville. We had a Junior Suite which was a very good size along with a huge bathroom. Although it was slightly dated, it did not stop us enjoying the comfort of the room. The food at breakfast was amazing. The choice and quality were outstanding. We also ate dinner at the hotel and thought the quality was also very good. We appreciated the free parking at the hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel."

The hotel was really convenient and easy walk from the train station. You can walk or take the bus to all the sites.

This hotel is unique and tranquil. The naval aesthetic is tasteful and interesting. The lighting, architecture and paintings make this hotel a work of art itself. The staff is so helpful and amiable. I needed a dentist and since I speak no Spanish, this would’ve have been difficult for me. It is like a large Orlando hotel that has good AC, good food, clean rooms that have been modernized, and a pool. You have beautiful views of Sevilla as you are on a hill. We enjoyed our stay. If you are going into Sevilla, parking in the city center is a nightmare. If you decide to take the metro, you will need to take the hotel shuttle to the metro station. When you want to return to the hotel, having access to your phone to call the front desk to notify them that you are at San Juan Bajo...
We traveled in August and the pool was our favorite. Not overly crowded and enough lounge chairs/umbrellas. The breakfast was also great with a wide variety and also made-to-order options. Location was close to metro and restaurants.
Once we were there, everything was fantastic. Only thing that was bad was their communication before arriving at the hotel. Sent several emails to them before arrival, which were never answered. Once there I told them about this and there was no hint of apologies.
