"I can not say enough good things about Antje and her team!! From connecting with them a week before I arrived to the day I walked in the front door to the day I left, they were professional, friendly, helpful and engaging!! Very much a family feeling! The morning breakfast is fantastic!! They have a small bar right at reception with fantastic local beer and small pizza to order! This is a wonderful boutique style hotel! I will be back!"

"Difficult to understand how to get a code to get in the door to the hotel. And the door with the instructions, was not the door to type in code to get in. A had to get help from other travelers. This could be done better by the hotel with very small steps."

"Only german on website, a lot of codes to get access to room/hotel after 14.30. Did NOT mention that there are TWO doors, and that you must press the v-butten after entering code. No help on the phone, the person answering did not speak any english. And did not pick up phone on 2.,3.,4.,5.’th call. Used 30+ minutes to get in. "
