"Room wasn’t stocked with enough towels for the number of people staying as well in check-in. They said there was a coffee bar downstairs. They didn’t advise that this was actual you know deli pay for coffee. 2 kcups in the room. Elevators broke during our stay being on the ninth floor was a tough haul out and was overpriced for what you get."
