"I loved my stay here. I was on a solo trip and wanted to budget certain portions so my hotel was part of it during my stay in Auckland. I felt safe, taken care of by staff, and breakfast was quite good! You are close to everything downtown and can walk as well which is also great for solo travel."
"On arrival from the Carpark to reception - we found it very dated, carpet and walls could well do with updating. Apart from that everything was awesome.
We book a Lounge access room, which we thought was great, well worth paying the extra for that type of room and the extras it offers. Staff were great, Breakfast was great... overall a really nice stay & would stay here again in a Lounge access room "
