A lovely, elegant and well maintained hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff. My stay was all about relaxing after a trek and it ticked all the boxes for comfort and convenience. The restaurant food was delicious, the beer cold and the evening entertainment top-notch. Would definitely recommend this place.

We were greeted and offered refreshments and seating, as soon as we arrived, while much of the 'chores' of checking in were performed for us by the kind and attentive staff members. This set the tone for our two-night stay, while visiting Mombasa. We were asked repeatedly how our stay was, given tips, and felt listened to. We enjoyed the extensive and diverse breakfast buffet each day, with absolutely commendable, attentive and FRIENDLY(!) professionals serving us and attending to our wishes. The only negatives regarding food sere the first night's dinner buffet (bland and not very extensive or varied) and the room service dinner the next night, which seemed to provoke a day of diarrhea. (I suspect the hygiene was not if the same meticulous standard demonstrated in the restaurant, when the dishes, cutlery and food were ).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Hotel Sapphire. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with excellent amenities throughout. The bathroom was spotless and looked amazing, with a great shower and very clean facilities. As a traveler from Canada, I was particularly impressed by the level of cleanliness and overall quality. There were no bugs or bed bugs, and the hotel was maintained to a standard that reminded me of a Marriott hotel. Everything felt comfortable, safe, and welcoming. Hotel Sapphire truly felt like a home away from home. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mombasa and needing to stay in town.

Everything was perfect, the bed was super comfortable, big shower with hot water, every day different activity at the bar and the most important -all the staff is super nice, attentive and friendly, especially Emily from the customer care. Will be glad to come back again in the future.

Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet inklusive Koch für Spiegelei, Rührei etc. Wir hatten eine Executive-Suite, sehr groß mit kleiner Kocheinheit, Wohnzimmer mit schöner Sitzgruppe und großes Schlafzinmer mit nochmals einer kleinen Sitzecke, Badezimmer ist allerdings eher klein, sehr schön, Top Aircondition.

The photos don’t do the rooms justice. Very comfortable and spacious. The staff are all very attentive and hospitable! Food at the restaurant was also lovely. AC is good and strong in the rooms to cool you down after a day in the Mombasa heat. Well above and beyond expectations for the price.

Hotel Sapphire surprised me at how big it was with good restaurants and excellent service. It was very convenient to the commuter rail station. I had a comfortable stay with a clean, air-conditioned room. I wish the government in Mombasa would do more to clean up the area around the hotel because the location could be a great place for all kinds of travelers and locals alike.
