Great hotel close to the airport. Amazing pool, nice and attentive staff. Decent gym with all of the equipment you would need for a good workout! Beach is also clean and easy access for swimming from the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Kempinski Muscat, was a nice stay, clean relaxing rooms with all needed amenities. Very friendly staff. Specially Miss Aline on front desk reception , she had a professional approach, been very helpful, assisting, friendly and caring. 5 Stars for such client approach and thumbs up.

Totally exceptional and a wonderful hotel – superb and clean rooms, excellent service all-round with very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The amenities at the hotel were of the highest qualities – the swimming pools, beach area, the restaurants, the lounges and relaxing areas – all opulent and spacious. To top it all – that made our holiday a memorial experience – were the staff / the people (at every point of interaction) – who made us welcome – extremely friendly and offered unparalleled service levels. The Al-Mouj area – where the hotel is located is beautiful – as we strolled to take in the local amenities. Thank you – everyone at Kempinski.

This is a great hotel, but after staying there for one week, they charged us one extra night for not checking out in time. They have also charged us twice for a taxi. We have contacted them for returning, but no response yet.

Bad choice

Their service was not up to the standards of Kempinski,, even request for late check out with or without pay was not allowed.,, which they promised at checking in. Staff not capable to handle their hotel service request and always ambiguous.
