I like the location of the Hotel. It was located in a safe area and very close to popular areas for shopping, dining, transport, etc. My room decorated very well and it was very clean. But there were some noise coming from water pipes in the bathroom in the nights, also some unpleasant smell after the shower. Hair dryer was not working properly. Staff was helpful but they seemed unhappy or unsatisfied, particularly the staff working in the breakfast/cafe area. No smiling at all. But they were still very helpful and kind when you ask something.

The facility looked great but the staff.... The staff was NOT educated enough to help someone who does not know the city.. I ASKED WHERE I CAN DO LAUNDRY, THE STAFF SAID THEY DON'T KNOW... I ASKED A STAFF MEMBER WHY DOES THE REFRIGERATOR NOT WORK. THEY SAID THEY'RE JUST KEPT IN THE ROOMS FOR LOOKS LOL NONE OF THEM WORK BUT THAT'S WHAT THEY SAID NOT ONE REFRIGERATOR WORKS AND ANY OF THE PROPERTIES LOL I'VE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING.... WHY WOULD YOU KEEP A REFRIGERATOR INSIDE A ROOM.... BECAUSE THEY DON'T WORK????? THAT'S LUDACRIS

The window didn't close completely, so there was no sound insulation. The room overlooked a very busy street, making it very noisy. The flooring needs replacing; it's in very worn condition.

2/10 Poor
