The hotel was in a great location. Quiet area, as behind an office building. Easy to get everywhere by foot. Withing walking distance of the train station. Public transportation in the area was excellent and easy to get to from the hotel. We had one bus that we would take right in front of the hotel. Room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed comfortable. No negatives on our behalf. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is the 2nd Premier Inn we have stayed at and would recommend it.

The front desk smelled of a very strong parfum that just gave me a headache. Luckily it did not carry to the rest of the hotel. The hotel room itself was ok. Though the toilet paper was like sandpaper. They provided a kettle in the room but it needs cleaning. They had a bar and lounge, we had a gulasch soup and a pizza. The soup was good but a tiny portion. The front desk staff were very nice too. Btw hotel is about 20 minutes walk from Old Town Freiburg.

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I don’t think it was as good as other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The room wasn’t terribly comfortable, the sofa bed we needed definitely wasn’t. The shower was poor and while I understand that you don’t need the room cleaning everyday it’s no fun waiting at reception to ask for more loo roll! I am sorry to write a less than positive review but this hotel was not a great part of our holiday - but the lovely city made it worth it.
