A lovely hotel with robes, slippers, a small but nice gym, and generally wonderful staff (except for the woman at reception when we left at 5AM).
The reason I didn’t give it a perfect score is that it’s NOT a 4-star hotel experience for the following reasons:
It’s not walkable, restaurant hours are somewhat limited, and I don’t believe there’s room service, so we ended up ordering Doordash/Instacart a lot. Definitely not a 4-star vibe.
There’s no way to cast to the TVs. And, finally, I paid to upgrade to a suite with a balcony. We had to manually defrost our freezer overnight in order to use it, and the balcony overlooked the parking lot and was SO unpleasantly loud from HVAC. Again, not my expectation for a 4-star hotel.
I booked this hotel, which was farther away from my family event than other great hotel options, because it was supposedly 4-star AND had such great reviews on here. Had I known the limitations above, I would have made a different choice. Still a good experience though!
