Single woman should consider another option
For the money it was fine and my room very clean. It’s a sketchy place to stay for a single woman to stay. There is a security guard there who could hardly breathe. I felt less than safe with a high/drunk man milling about. That said, I double locked my room door and did not venture out and they did wait up for me to get there and that was appreciated.

SECURITY ISSUES!!!
I only had this hotel booked for one night. I had an event to attend that night so I didn’t get back to the hotel and to sleep until around 4:30am. Around 7:30am I was woken up to someone trying to get into my room. I assume it was an employee because their key card worked. If I wouldn't have had the top latch shut, whoever this person was would have had full access to my room while I was asleep. I got up and looked out the peep hole but didn’t see anyone. Then I had a knock on the door at 9:30am from a staff member “confirming I was checking out at 11:00am” - what kind of hotel does this?! I booked it for one night, OF COURSE I WILL BE CHECKING OUT. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel, unless you like random people gaining access to your room while you sleep.

Ok place.
Property was clean. Close to Interstate. Next to a shopping center. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Staff was nice. But they seem to short handed. Wifi is slow.

I had an excellent stay there. Rooms were clean to a crisp. It was quite even for being right off the highway.
I have hard times sleeping in New places even as an older woman, but I slept like a baby here.
I love the fact you allow pets on your facility. I do a have a travel buddy and absolutely love taking him places with me.
The pet deposit it a bit much, but it is truly understandable with what others allow there pets to do.
I would definitely recommend this place to others as well as stay here again.

It was an alright room, they have roaches and the guy who runs the front I’m assuming, he’s can be pretty rude with the smart remakes he makes. Would not recommend this place to stay but it you have to, it’s in a great locate and would definitely go to the sushi and hibachi place right next to it.

Great St Louis hotel
I was in town for an autograph signing and this hotel was close by the venue. The person who checked me in was nice and friendly. Room upon check in was nice and clean. I had thought that other wood spring suites I have stayed in had an iron/ironing board in the room but at this hotel you have to request one. I happened to pack my own iron and just used a towel over a table. If I was going to an event in the southern part of St Louis I would definitely stay here again.

First when I went to pay I kept getting told that my card wasn't going thru they kept running my card even though I told them I would use another one. My card ended up with over 800 dollars being charged so now a month later I still have pending charges for 640 dollars waiting to be credited back I called the corporate office who called the hotel who lied and said that my card was not charged that many times and I said yes it was I have the proof I screenshot it and sent the proof to the corporate office they got the email was on the phone with them open the email and saw that the charges are still pending confronted the person from the hotel and they still lying so they didn't do it meanwhile I'm at 640 it's been over a month waiting for it to get credited back then the fire alarm went off which I totally understand but it went off all night long and all day the next day no apology no hey we're sorry we're going to credit you a half a day we're going to credit you a day no nothing and the staff in my opinion is very rude

The rooms were very clean but the people standing around outside all hours of the night obviously some of them were using drugs of some kind. All around I just didn't feel safe at that location.
