The food was delicious and 24 hour service. The staff was always eager to help and assist with any questions on where to go, and safety. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will be staying there again for our next family trip to CDMX. We had two rooms and we all had an amazing time. this hotel amazed me, yes the rooms are small as are the bathrooms, but the very pleasant and comfortable rooms. I stayed in room 204. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The fruit was very sweet and fresh the food was very delicious to the point that my friends and I looked forward to breakfast every morning. The fact that they have a fast food style menu available free to guests 24/7 is such a bonus when you’re just needing some quick food after a long day out. It’s convenient to quite a few landmarks and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and and would highly recommend to my friends and family.
