Wonderful staff, family friendly (we had a toddler in tow)…clean room..good water pressure in the shower (honestly that’s a big deal!!!)…grocery store across the street for snacks. The room has a fridge and freezer which was lovely and convenient! We really enjoyed our stay!

Check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing us to view the room prior to accepting the stay. Staff was available and helpful, when requested. Room was clean, organized and comfortable. Bonus breakfast in the morning with coffee available, was enjoyable. Close enough to activities in the city, but far enough away that noise wasn’t an issue. Also super convenient to be next to the grocery store! Would stay again.

The stay was good. The continental breakfast was lacking and quite sad. Definitely could have been better. And our room was clean however the bathrooms need upgrading and better attention to maintenance. Our toilet seat should have been changed a long time ago. Overall I would stay there again. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions. I was able to store my trailer and motor cycle with confidence in their underground parking. And the negatives did not out way the positive

I was so very appreciative that staff allowed me to check in early (off a very early BC Ferry from Haida Gwaii)! I was able to catch breakfast and take a nap before starting my day. They were very helpful and kind. The cleaning staff were also very helpful in getting me a new door sign for Do not Disturb. The only thing that I missed out on was a plug for the tub, but I'm sure I could have asked for one. I did noticed that the bathroom sink might have been a bit plugged, water pooled as I was washing my face. However, none of that was an issue for my one night stay. I had a great room facing the street and it was quiet (especially for a Friday night). It was kind of odd that one bed was a few inches lower than the other, but also not a big deal. All in all, it was great :)
