Great location near Bus stop, close to Airport, close to VIA Rail Canada Station, Walmart, and restaurants. Room was clean, service was excellent. The sofa bed was already set up for our son (most of hotels we have have to set up sofa bed ourselves). They even provided coffee. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Quebec city again.

Rooms were clean and comfortably sized for a family of four. There is construction near the hotel so it is difficult and congested getting to the front door. The underground parking is restricted to vehicles less than 6 feet in height. You can park out back but have to meander around a few streets to get there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with mobility issues as the elevators are terrible. One is out of service. The others take forever to arrive and when they do they are often full. When leaving we had to take our luggage down the stairwell after waiting twenty minutes and having only two elevators stop on our floor (both full).

There was no problem with the room being clean. The room attendant named Lorraine was helpful to change the towels clean and tidy the bedlinens. Kudos to her. The issues we experienced in the hotel room were these: The bed was squeaking, a little move caused a loud squeak. Reported it at the front desk but nothing happened. The air-conditioning was not cool enough, only 22•C, (we checked in at the time when the weather's temperature was at mid 30's). And next door occupants were noisy, children running in the corridor -could hear them from inside our room. Parking was another thing. It had a basement parking yet it was such a trouble looking for a vacant spot. Had to wait for another car to move out.

The hotel offered an ideal base for exploring the area we were close to all the attractions we sought. However, a major downside was the ongoing construction right in front which required frequent U-turns and minor detours just to return to the hotel. Despite this, the property itself was decent but not exceptional. Upon arrival, the check-in process was underwhelming the staff, while not rude, could have been much warmer and more welcoming. I felt no real sense of hospitality from the outset. The room, though generally clean, lacked a few essential amenities, most notably, a safety box. Without this, I didn’t feel secure leaving any valuables behind, so I avoided room service entirely. Additionally, the absence of complimentary water in the room meant we had to venture out to buy our own, which added a small inconvenience to our daily routine. I only called reception once during the stay, requesting extra towels and toiletries. Instead of a direct solution, the staff told me to locate the cleaning person on my floor, which was inconvenient and felt a bit dismissive. While the room had a baseline level of cleanliness, I did notice a few overlooked spots on the floor. The indoor parking was another letdown ,on arrival, there was also construction in the basement parking area, which left a heavy dust layer on our car by the time we went to use it later. I believe a 3-4 stars is fare enough

The room was clean and the staff was friendly! I highly recommend this hotel. It also has two restaurants attached to it! The pool looked lots of fun! Would come here again!
