Unbelievably bad experience. Had loud neighbors above us non-stop the first night we were there (didn’t complain). Second night, non-stop noise again. By 11pm, called down to the front desk - person at front desk acted like they could have cared less. 20 minutes later, still loud non-stop noise, call again — different person, same response. Now, it’s midnight and the noise is still ongoing. We go down to the front desk where the person working the front desk said they’d only been working there a month and doesn’t know what the quiet policy is. Was somewhat rude, and completely unhelpful. Noise continued throughout the evening, and while we were there at the front desk, she said she never gets noise complaints, as she literally gets a call from someone else complaining about the noise from that room. Next morning, go to check out and tell the manager what happened the night before. He immediately got aggressive, started yelling at us that he was done with dealing with this crap this summer, literally told us to get out and threatened to call the police! No-one was yelling at him, simply explaining the situation and that it wasn’t handled well and he turned somewhat threatening out of absolutely nowhere. To say his response was not only completely out of line, but of a hostile crazy nature would be an understatement. If you stay here, and have any kind of problems — be prepared to deal with it yourself because if you dare try to get help this is what you’ll deal with.
