I loved my stay here. This is a cute beautiful hotel with friendly staff , amazing rooms with amazing views . My only suggestion would be give the guestrooms more towels and make towels easily accessible at the pool area..

The staff was very friendly (big smiles!) and super eager to please. The rooms are comfortable and appear to be somewhat recently renovated. I enjoyed the nautical/sailing theme throughout the hotel. However the property in general is in a sad state and really needs some investment. It looks like a shadow of it's former glory. The adjacent resort grounds and beach is a mess with an array of decaying boats and tidal plastic.The pool WA relaxing and we'll maintained, but the poolside loyging amenities could be better. In short the resort has enormous potential but needs investment and a volume of customers to support maintenance.

The restaurant couldn’t facilitate good coffee during breakfast. It was basically very diluted coffee. Had to walk to Uncle John’s every morning for a decent cup of coffee.

the staff at the check in it’s very kind and helpful. check me in so quick . and the guy that help us our bags , was so nice and helpful. he even call us taxi . i’m just a little disappointed when we eat breakfast because i ask to make my dad 2 sunny side up eggs . they forget about it took long . then when i told them where my dad eggs he make us 1 egg so quick and it was burnt . but everything else was fantastic at the buffet.

Really old. But the rooms and the resto were fine. The Beach is public so just imagine how. I think the hotel should take care of it as a courtesy of being there and for its guests. The hotel will be more appropriated.

The hotel is upgraging the properrt which os great to see. The staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The hotel has a great location and is walking distace to shopping, restaurants and music venues. The view from my room was amazing. Watching the sunrise over the mountains and the bay was the perdexr way to start the morning. The buffet breakfast offered a varity of food options. I would stay here again.

The property is great size but was not well maintained. This could be a five star hotel if they cleaned up the outside area and beach. Add some lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach it could be fantastic. Staff were so helpful and kind!

The Lighthouse has the best location, on a corner lot with access to the beach.. it’s walking distance to other restaurants and bars altho The Lighthouse has its own restaurant and bar as well. If I have to suggest anything, the surrounding area can be spruced up a little, professional landscaping is needed, pool needs repainting and restaurant staff needs training. As in every establishment, some are good workers while some are less attentive, needs to be called every time we run out of drinks and food. Overall was satisfied with our stay..

Staff was very attentive. I liked the complementary hot coco and sweets after turn down service at night. Buffet breakfast was sufficient. Room was very spacious. Bathroom had enough amenities. Bottled water was aplenty. Downside is the beach is not really swimmable because water is not as clean due to proximity to the port. Pool is bit on the small side.

We had a wonderful time overall and truly enjoyed the property’s beautiful location and charming atmosphere. It’s an ideal setting for a romantic getaway — peaceful, intimate, and full of character. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which really enhanced our experience. That said, there were a few issues that detracted slightly from our stay. The room unfortunately had little to no hot water, and the water pressure was quite low, which made showering less enjoyable. Additionally, the jacuzzi tub was not operable as advertised, which was disappointing since it was one of the features we were most looking forward to using. The dining area, while still warm and inviting, felt a bit dated and weathered. With some updates and a general refresh, the space — and the property overall — could truly match the incredible potential it already has. Despite these drawbacks, it’s still a lovely place to stay with a lot of charm. With a few improvements and updates, it could easily become an exceptional destination for couples seeking a romantic escape. Don't s used to train our models. Learn more
