Virtually every employee of the hotel did their jobs very well. The men and ladies at the check in/reservation area were outstanding and more than helpful. I have already forgotten a few of their names but to a person, if I was a hotel manager, I would personally seek out these people and hire them! That is how highly I think of their qualities!

10/10 Exceptional

Great location, amazing breakfast, clean and spacious room. I did kinda felt a pressure and a bit of judgement from the restaurant staff during the breakfast though. As the restaurant is quite small and the staff members were gathered right by the buffet, all three staff members were watching closely what food and how much I was placing on my plate . I guess they were concerned about the food cost . That made me feel quite uncomfortable so that after two days I even skipped the breakfast buffet and opted to eat outside of the hotel.
