Great hotel in an excellent location close to everything. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of options. The rooftop relaxation area is very nice, and the view of Serra do Curral makes the place even more pleasant. The room was good and spacious, but the bathroom was quite old and in urgent need of renovation.

Fiquei apenas 1 noite, mas atendeu plenamente minhas necessidades. Muito utilizado para convenções. Muito bem localizado se você precisa ou deseja ficar na região central. Fica a walk distance do Mercado Central. O hotel é um pouco antigo. Staff extremamente gentil.

J'ai mis une étoile pour plusieurs raisons. J'ai réservé 5 nuits au Dayrell Hotel pour ma première visite à Belo Horizonte. Les trois premiers jours se sont bien passés. Le 4ème jour, en rentrant de ma promenade matinale, deux employés de l'hôtel se tenaient au milieu du passage (l'entrée principale) et me voyant arriver, ils n'ont pas bougé d'un iota. Je me dirige vers l'ascenseur, les portes s'ouvrent et j'appuie sur le bouton de mon étage. Un des employé m'a rattrapé , a bloqué la porte et m'a demandé à plusieurs reprises où j'allais et quel etait mon numéro de chambre. Choqué par son attitude , je n'ai pas répondu. Quelques minutes plus tard j'ai demandé à voir le responsable pour lui expliquer la situation et mon ressenti . Celui ci a minimisé les faits. Le soir du même jour , j'ai acceuilli mon invité depuis la réception puis on se dirige vers l'ascenseur. Un agent de sécurité Carlos a surgit de nul part nous a refusé l'accès de l'ascenseur sous prétexte que mon invité doit montrer sa pièce d'identité. Face à son attitude légèrement agressive , j'ai exécuté puis au lieu de nous laisser monter pour discuter , la réception m'a demandé de payer le temps d'heure qu'il va passer à discuter. J étais sur le cul et estomaqué de constaté que l hôtel pratique une forme de discrimination. Je suis un grand voyageur et je n'ai jamais au grand jamais vu ce genre de pratique anti commercial dans un hôtel. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement .
