Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel. This is our third time to the Ayana group. Twice Rimba, once Ayana. It’s a beautiful hotel with incredible facilities. 24 restaurants / bars and 14 pools across Ayana. The staff are fantastic, so attentive and everyone greets you when they walk past you. Loved the tea house at Rimba, so pretty. Also liked that there was an adult pool. We received beautiful cakes with a note saying thank you for returning to Rimba which was such a lovely touch. We even got an upgrade on our room which we are so appreciative. Our only disappointment was where we were sat at the Rock bar as we weren’t near the water and were on one of the back tables. However I’ve still given 5 stars for the actual hotel. Our only regret is not staying longer.

A wonderful stay. So much to do and so little time. Loved how many pools and restaurant options there were. Loved the Christmas decorations and how beautiful the grounds and facilities were. We had a pool access room and it was amazing! The staff at the whole resort are just the most friendly people who can’t do enough for you. All of the resort pools and restaurants are stunning - especially Ocean Pool and Sami Sami Restaurant. The resort app is so easy to use for restaurant bookings and tracking trams.
