Room was clean and cleaned on the daily basis that was good. Lack of glasses to drink and possibility make a coffee or tea disturbed a bit but we got glasses however in the reception.Location was perfect for us.

There was no refrigerator, the toilet paper was not stocked, and it seemed like the room wasn't swept before we arrived. But the location was great.

Very central location, really close to the main train station, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was however quite noisy, not from the street but in terms of other guests our sleep was quite disrupted. We also didn't dare take the elevator as it seemed to not be working 100%, for example, it had a note on saying do not use it to go to the 2nd floor as it will not open. We only had backpacks thank goodness, it would have been difficult with lots of luggage/prams etc. We couldn't fault the price and location, the room was a good base to explore Cologne.

The hotel is in a need of a facelift. There seems to be two parts - one with apartment and one with regular hotel rooms. The apartment-part was in need of a touch up. Friendly and helpful staff.

Kinda rundown, the cold water tap was always lukewarm, door to the hall offers absolutely no soundinsulation and the hotel does not honor deals made for fx. early checkin. It cleaning was done in a quite lacklustre way, skipping fx. the radiator by the window which is extremely dusty and full of cobwebs

Central location but that’s the only positive thing I can say. No bed sheets, no curtains and a window looking out on a backyard of ventilation pipes, and floodlights came on around midnight. There had been a TV in there but it looked like it had been torn down from the wall. The staff couldn’t open the dit to the other building so I had to go back forth until it worked again, about 20 min later. Oh, and no breakfast.

숙소에 도착했을 때 엘리베이터가 고장이어서 가방 4개를 계단으로 옮겨야했습니다.직원은 우리에게 어떤 사과나 미안하다는 표시 없이 계단을 이용하라고 통보했습니다. 방의 경우 청소는 되어 있지만 화장실 등도 2개 중 하나는 고장이었고, 창문의 커튼도 레일 끝부분이 고장나 있어서 고정되지 않았습니다. 이런 방을 2박에 360 유로나 내고 이용해야 한다니 이해할 수 없습니다.
