A great place to stay. Only reason it lost one star is that the room said it slept 3 people. When they found out I had a friend coming, they split my king size bed into two beds.

The hotel is good overall, simple but ok. The ac works ok , the amenties are nice and clean and the pool is great. Location is very good . The food is not the best , and breakfast also not the best . The only weird thing is that , they do not offer water - even tho is 3000 degrees and the only free water is at breakfast - The water is made in mud filter - which is very healthy yes … but the water taste like … MUDD. when the guest service person asked us during breakfast if we had any criticism and we mentioned the above, she looked at me and my fiancé and said - well maybe you both do not like healthy things - which was pretty rude and bizarre . Totally tone deaf .

This is probably one of the best hotels in Itacare. My suite was spacious and comfortable - the bed and pillows especially. Breakfast options are limited but still good for vegetarians (and abundant for meat/fish eaters). The beach access is very convenient, albeit the allocated beach space isn't that big. In high season it could feel cramped. Overall great, EXCEPT that I didnt have hot water in my room for the first two days of my stay despite reporting this to the reception desk a number of times. Perhaps something fell down in translation but I thought they promised to send someone to fix it each time I spoke to them only for no action/repair to be taken. Eventually the repair man came back to my room directly with me on my last reception visit. The issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes which made it all the more frustrating that it hadnt been fixed sooner

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos na pousada e gostamos muito. Só sentimos diferença no tratamento entre check-in ( super prestativos, atenciosos e agradáveis) e checkout ( ligamos para a recepção e pedimos para fechar nossa conta e descer nossas malas, aguardamos por um tempo e como não apareceu ninguém, nós mesmo descemos as malas).

Hospedagem simplesmente incrível. Um hotel 4 estrelar diferente do padrão “internacional” porque utiliza seu espaço e oferece seus serviços de uma forma regional, com muita natureza, tranquilidade e produtos locais. Estrutura do hotel é sensacional, natureza linda e muito bem conservada, vários funcionários trabalhando o tempo todo nos jardins. Todos os funcionários super educados e prestativos, da recepção, limpeza, jardinagem, área de piscina, restaurante e área da praia. A comida no restaurante é excelente, experimentamos a porção de mini acarajés (deliciosa) e os drinks do cardápio “On The Rocks”, simplesmente um melhor que o outro (destaque pro drink Ar). Café da manhã espetacular, com diversos produtos locais, grande variedade e sempre alternando alguns itens durante os dias. Destaque para os itens “doces” e também para os bolos e pães. Quarto ótimo, amplo e muito bonito. O hotel é literalmente pé na área, com uma área reservada aos hóspedes na praia da Concha, onde as águas são calmas e é possível ver o pôr do sol (ou então ir caminhando até o mirante do xaréu). Resumindo, é mais do que simplesmente um “hotel 4 ou 5 estrelas”. É uma experiência incrível.

Localização muito boa, próximo a Rua Pituba que tem movimento a noite. Hospedagem boa, quarto amplo. A varanda tem um varal para secar roupas que é bem útil em região de praia. O banheiro do meu quarto estava com um odor muito forte de esgoto que vinha do ralo, apesar da limpeza ser boa. Café da manhã com bastante opção.

Pousada excelente, pé na areia, ótima localização em lugar tranquilo, espaçoso e arborizado. A 10 minutos do centro. Bem próxima a outros restaurantes e praias da região.
