El hotel está nuevo pero falta atención a los detalles , al hacer check in nos dieron ingreso a una habitación sucia con toallas en el piso y vasos y platos sucios. Luego corrigieron el error. Les pedí factura electrónica y han pasado dos días y no me la han enviado. 7/10

Excellent staff excellent security. The parking could be a little bit bigger, but at least it’s intimate and safe. Also there’s plenty parking on the beach side, which has lights and you can potentially see it from your room… They are always very welcoming and flexible upset her many times the last time I was there, I left a personal item and they promised to either ship it at no cost or I could return to pick it up. of course we prefer to return to pick it up. Thank God we’re only two hours away. See you guys this weekend.

My wife and I loved Clarita’s. The property is prestine and newly remodeled. The downstairs cafe/bar and sushi restaurant were excellent. The ocean views and sunsets were incredible either on the beach or the rooftop deck. It was truly a magical experience. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms were roomy and super clean and the toilets! Japan style they were honestly a game changer. I don’t want to forget how superb the service was at in all areas of the property.We Loved our stay, highly recommended to anyone visiting Jaco.

The resort has a restaurant on the premises which I found to be very convenient and the room was cleaned. However, for a resort there were no entertainments. Furthermore, there was no microwave available for the guests if you want to warm up something and no iron in the room.

Best property we came across on Jaco beach! Each room has an amazing view with a balcony. The building is brand new and the infinity pool is very nice. My only complaint is the calamari was a bit tough but the fries, the smoothies and juevos rancheros were great. Staff is all very accommodating, would love to return!! PS I was a little hesitant after reading some reviews that people missed the old design… rest assured this renovation is leagues beyond anything nearby. Im certain rooms will be in the $400-$600 range next time we are here

The resort is clean, safe and beautiful. There are two pools overlooking the beach. The restaurant has great drinks, a wide menu and multilingual servers - we should've eaten here all meals rather than go into town. We stayed in a King Suite that sleeps 5 - it doesn't sleep 5, it sleeps 2 + 1 hard couch. They resolved the problem respectfully with an additional room for my two teenage boys - error's happen, but they made it right. The service was excellent. It's a guarded gate and there is security on site 24/7. My only complaint (that is not their fault) is that the beach was not safe to swim in out front. I don't know if it's always like that on the North Jaco beach so it doesn't effect my 5 star rating - but a short drive (or walk) south we were able to find calmer and safer waters...about 3 miles down the beach. Definitely one of the nicest resorts in Jaco from what we saw!

Glimrende rom, suite med havutsikt. Rent, pent og nytt. Hjelpsomme og hyggelige ansatte. God mat og flott beliggenhet. Kommer gjerne tilbake.
