We had a fabulous relaxing two nights stay at the Hydro. The staff were absolutely amazing and looked after us so well. They were very professional and efficient but although busy they took time to ensure we were well looked after and made some time to chat with us. That makes you feel special. The hotel is spacious and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty areas to sit and enjoy a quiet coffee or drink. The food was delicious

A great stay with beautiful surroundings for walking and relaxing. A family friendly venue suitable for all ages. The options of different eateries was great and the main town was an easy walk. Breakfast options were super but go early as it gets very busy.

Furniture in room rather dated , carpets badly stained, small kitchen sink and lack of a tray for putting clean dishes on when washed also a low glass table in sitting area which I kept on knocking against better with a wooden coffee table.

This was our first time staying at Crieff Hydro and we will definitely be back! Every member of staff we spoke with during our stay was helpful and well-informed. Excellent facilities (my partner and I utilised the Victorian Baths and the Adventure Park - thoroughly enjoyed). The food was a highlight for us both - would highly recommend people eat in East. As someone with dietary requirements, I was particularly pleased by how knowledgeable staff were about coeliac disease and the lengths to which Crieff Hydro went to to ensure my needs were met. Our only complaint would be the bed could have been comfier (quite a hard mattress) but otherwise very happy with our stay.

Staff were all friendly, rooms clean and food was amazing. The room furniture was shabby, the bathroom lighting was dark so not suitable for applying makeup. For the price I paid, the room was smaller than I was expecting but overall Crieff Hydro is good for a break but I would say it is more suited for families.

The hotel was lovely and self contained which was perfect for the weekend. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the staff were so helpful and nice. The breakfast included was vast and definitely value I’d say. Our room wasn’t ready by check in time which was inconvenient but not terrible as we just went to the bar. Unfortunately though we didn’t love our room as it was on the ground floor so we heard a lot of passing guests outside and our bathroom was a wet room for disabled access so the floor was pretty wet with the shower as the water seemed to travel. The bed/pillows were not that comfortable (the bed felt solid) so I didn’t sleep much our first night and very broken the next. Overall though, we loved the hotel just not the room but it wouldn’t stop me going back. I’d just be sure to say I want a room on an upper floor and probably bring my own pillow :/

Felt like because we booked through a 3rd party provider we were treated differently. The room was fine although a little basic for the cost (no fridge included) also we booked the meikle and it turned out to be buffet which was fine although not exactly high quality dining. The added cost of some activities seemed a bit OTT

It would have been nice to be told about booking a table for evening meal. No romantic location to eat in. Very noisy area. Breakfast also a pain as waited for a table then hiked to get food. Waited forever for coffee. Same with pool if we'd known in advance you had to book we would have. Timings left weren't convenient. Unfortunately it's a hotel i will not return to. Anniversary treat spoiled.
