The first rooms bathroom wasnt cleaned, then the fabulous front staff moved me to another, and well it was better but the bathroom atill wasnt as clean as other bathrooms in hotels(hair, lots in first sink/tub, floor)(second room.. same but not as much). So I had to go get some bleach, gloves, and disinfectant and clean my self. I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen area just in case. I is a brand new buliding so everything is new. The staff all weekend was soooo awesome! They do everything, wash, pick up trash from room, get the new wash cloths… all the things!! My suggestion, get a NEW HOUSEKEEPING CREW!!! This new hotel will go down quickly. Keep your staff and give them a raise, the do A LOT!!!

Property is band new and still smells new. Room is clean with comfortable beds. It has a full size fridge along with a small stove and microwave. Very roomy and the flooring is better than carpet. The front desk was super helpful with James, Jaiden, especially the assistant Manager Michael.He made sure are staying was super smooth. The property is located in the town of Canton and it's so quite, safe, and quaint. Its located within feet of many stores including Publix and food choices. Highly recommend if staying in Atlanta area if you are looking for a safe and quite stay. Only 15 minutes from Atlanta without the traffic or fuss. Perfect!

This is a new hotel so from that stand point everything was fantastic. This however is a very minimalist hotel so they do not provide items such as a hairdryer or iron-as in at all. This would have been useful information prior to our stay. Also, they charge $150 fee in leiu of potential damages to the room. This fee is dropped upon check out but some how I was charged twice so my stay until they refund my bank was over $400.

The hotel was very clean, but it was not clear that there are NO dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cups anything. You would think since it had a kitchenette that it would come with these things. I have a big family and eating out is expensive so we always get food to cook. This threw a HUGE issue with us during our days here.

Property is new. Very basic, elevator slow, weak coffee. We are upper 70’s and just needed a place to rest for night. Room next to us had barking dog and other side had loud talking people. Room walls are paper thin. We were just trying to relax on the couch prior to going to bed and we get a call from front desk that they have a noise complaint about us. My husband very politely tells them we are just sitting on couch, but they tell us they have noise policy and we have to comply. We were dumbfounded to say the least. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never been treated that way before.

This is a brand new property so it is squeaky clean. Two things you should know: 1) there is no ice machine in the hotel, each room has two ice cube trays in the freezer, and 2) while the units have a 2-burner stove and cabinets there are no housewares of any kind. The staff says you can buy a kit for $60.00. This is not so much a complaint as a heads-up for anyone planning a stay.

Was disappointed in all the noise from the neighbors beside us and above us. The front desk had to call and remind them of the quiet hours. Our room was mostly clean other than the floors needed to be swept…food crumbs in all the areas plus the bathroom. Had questions about the charges on my credit card….the fee for extras was added to my account twice. Went to front desk to ask for help and the only person that came to help was from housekeeping. She did as much as she could to help, but I felt like there should have been somebody that works the front desk there to help. Location was great and convenient to anything we needed. Overall, not to bad once all the kids upstairs went to sleep for the night!!
