It's a convenient hotel for anyone coming from or going to the airport. The rooms are all the same. It's a newer hotel but we still had issues with the shower not working properly. The bidet toliets were very nice and the property was clean and the breakfast with better than expected. Not a high end hotel but it is clean and convenient.

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. Everyone from the front desk, to the servers to the housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was work the money, there was a variety of options and everything was fresh. The rooms were clean… I will stay again if I am ever in Madrid again.

O quarto estava extremamente limpo, cheiroso e super organizado. O staff foi muito gentil e educado, além de super solícito. A cama era super confortável e com lençóis macios. O banheiro era grande e espaçoso, o chuveiro quentinho e com regulagem de temperatura. Tinha roupão e pantufas pra uso além de um enorme espelho do teto ao chão do quarto. Além disso o quarto tinha um espaço tipo uma mini copa com pia e bancada, além de frigobar e microondas.

Great hotel stay if you need to be close to the airport. New and clean rooms. Great amenities. Restaurant was solid. Only thing is their airport shuttle is hourly and does not run at 10 am or 7 pm I believe. And the shuttle can only hold 20 people and is first come first serve.
