A good hotel, which is well located. Don't let the outside fool you - the rooms are quite nice. Beds are comfy; hot water works well; and the rooms are generally clean. The breakfast is decent (not outstanding, but certainly fine), and is served on a lovely rooftop location which has a beautiful view of the mountains. Overall for the price, we were quite happy.

The location was good. However the staff did not speak English and the room was in poor condition. The A/C did not work, the mini fridge door was off its hinges, and the room smelled of cigarette.

Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!

I sent messages and called but no reply until 11 hours after the first message . I couldn’t wait any longer so I stayed an extra night at the previous location. So no idea about the hotel?

Otelin konumu tam merkezde. Heryere ulaşım kolay. Personel güleryüzlü. Havlu talebimiz oldu hemen destek oldular. Kahvalti tam tadında standart. Bizim icin yeterli oldu. Tek sorun odada havalandırma/klima filtre kokusu.
