Excellent hotel in a perfect central location. The room was spotlessly clean and all the staff very helpful. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as the room didn’t seem large enough for everyone and it was all a bit of a squeeze to access the food, however the staff went out of their way to help the situation.

The hotel was located in the best location and was spotless clean with heated floors in the BR. The staff in the dining area were very friendly and attentive. The front desk staff/receptionist area needs better customer service. They were not happy looking and courteous, they were more focus looking at the computer more than anything else.🤔

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect- being by the basilica allowed us endless cafe and shop options, a close walk to Liberty Square, the river and Parliament. We even walked back from Buda Castle across the bridge through the city- it was gorgeous. The staff was helpful and kind, it was a good breakfast included, and the room was spacious! Which is a real win for Europe in the summer. We highly recommend staying here- we miss it already!
