This was a new experience for us - staying at a no staff on the premises facility. Overall, we had a good stay. But, there are some things that we discussed and feel they could improve the overall experience.
1. Price point was too high for what you get (not located in an ideal location, no on-site staff, parking was in a very tight alley (which required an additional expense), no coffee pot in the room (although coffee vouchers were provided for the shop next door, the shop did not open until 0800)
2. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, but minimal
3. The roof top area provided a nice area to relax with a drink before bed. A couple of ceiling fans would be a welcome addition
4. My sister and brother-in-law had to place a call because their door access code failed. The response was relatively quick and resolved by changing the batteries. But, for the duration of our stay they could not use the elevator with their access code to get to the roof top. We had to pick them up using our access or they had to use the stairs.
