Not Good. Very disappointed!
Went the wkend for a two night stay. Front desk staff was very nice but for having a hotel downtown, the room was very subpar and nasty! I’ve stayed here before but won’t stay here again. The room hadn't been dusted in forever, the carpet was nasty & hadn't been vacuumed. I made sure I kept my socks on! The toilet took forever to fill. The tv’s had huge smear’s. Mirrors had spots. I’m not being picky, it was all very noticeable. Had housekeeping stop as I had door open, so I said I needed the room cleaned and she smiled, nodded, offered towels, but didn’t speak English, so she just pushed her cart and walked away. I was leaving for an event so room did not get cleaned and front desk was too busy for me to stop and tell them before leaving out. Out of all the area hotels, I’m so disappointed I chose this one!

St Louis Weekend Stay
We were in St Louis for a quick weekend trip. Our room was very large and accommodating. We were on a quiet floor. We enjoyed the breakfast offered; and the happy hour. We had great service from check-in to check-out.

Excellent hotel, good size, very comfortable and clean rooms. Great location. Valet service was amazingly efficient.an overall great hotel, the only reason i gave an averagefor service is because the breakfast and happy hour were poorly manned. The breakfast layout was odd and scattered and there were long lines for each station. Although they have a lot of stuff out for their guests, it is very difficult to grab stuff due to the long lines and the wait.

Rude Staff, Inconsistent Information
Booked two rooms online and requested they be close to one another. I called day of to confirm they would be next to one another and was told they would be. I also asked if we could check in early and was told it would be no problem at all. I was encouraged to check in anytime after 1pm. I arrived with my family (3 adults and 2 small children) closer to 2pm. The woman checking is in, Jay (or something similar), was so incredibly rude. She told us only 1 room was available to check in. Ok fine. I asked why we were told both rooms would be available and explained we would have made alternate plans if we needed to wait until 4pm. Instead of assisting to find out where the miscommunication occurred, she kept reiterating in a rude and condescending tone that check in is at 4pm. She finally offered to check us into a room that was ready but now both rooms would be on opposite ends from one another. This was not ideal - we wanted the rooms to be close so we weren’t shuffling two small children long distances between rooms. We needed our youngest to nap so went ahead and took the rooms far apart from one another. We travel often and this was hands down one of the rudest staff we’ve encountered.
