The room was a good size. Beds were really comfortable and clean. Shower had some black mould that needs looking at. There was cigarette ash on the window sill from previous tenants.
The room we stayed in was falsely advertised as a ‘separate annexe room’ when it was infact just a room on the ground floor which opened directly into the bar area. We were unfortunate enough to have two families drinking with young kids screaming and ipads at top whack until midnight which felt like they were in the room with us!
Theres also some sort of loud machine directly underneath the room that randomly starts up and the chimney is right outside the window and goes into the room.
Location is good, complimentary breakfast is basic but all you need really!
