Qibla sign in the room was wrong. Appreciate the cakes and savouries by the hotel. Otherwise nice place to stay. Only privacy is an issue at the rear side of the hotel. Need to close the curtains at all times and no natural lights.

Buffet 5 stars; the rest was uneven

Beautiful room and facilities with outstanding breakfast buffet. Great to swim in lap-sized pool, but it's only open to 6pm daily. Service was spotty. Difficult to get correct temperature in room. Towels smelled musty. Shower water never got truly hot (and cold water dripped from "rain head" above) and there was a bizarre encounter with the front desk where they offered me a free fruit basket for staying more than a few days, failed to deliver it as promised, had no idea what it was when I asked about it, grumpily said they'd make one up, then got angry at me when I followed up after waiting past midnight for it to show up. Enjoyed the stay, particularly the incredible breakfast buffet, but I'm not sure it was worth the overall price I paid, compared to other options nearby.

our stay in this hotel where we had 2 rooms was good. except for a few repairs of the toilet and lights everything else was great. the pool was not as expected they need to spruce up and clean the tiles which were all stained. overall it was a pleasant stay?

For convenience, this is a good choice. This area is saturated with hotels of different levels. Part of the hotel is dated, really 2.5-star situation. Choice for upgrade newer room is available. For the value of staying in an old premise with big screen 24-hr in front of the dusted and rusted windows, I won’t return.

Attentive and supportive staffs

Excellent service I received excellent service and support from the staffs in the executive lounge during my business meetings . Special mentioned , Roger and Bella. They made sure my meeting went smoothly by getting all my contracts scanned and printed out in no time. I have full confidence in holding my business meetings there in the near future.

Overall good location, connected to shopping malls. Hotel reception check in/out, restaurant & spa services was good. Hotel room quite dirty, when check-in the room seem dirty, like never been vacuum for ages. Daily room service just left all the bottles of our empty mineral bottles in the room. Just throw rubbish & make bed only. The towels all look greyish instead of white in colour, old and some have holes. Not really valued for the price paid for.

The room wasn’t well cleaned. The service in breakfast was also awful that I waited the coffee for more than 20mins, I guess they just forgot. And the staff tried to take away my drink way before finishing. It’s not good at all to me
