J'ai vécu une situation très anxiogène, sans que le personnel prenne en compte les faits lors de mon séjour: j'ai été bloquée à l’intérieur de ma chambre pendant près de 2 heures en raison d’une serrure défectueuse, nécessitant l’intervention d’un serrurier pour me permettre de sortir. A ma sortie, aucune excuse ni geste commercial ne m’a été proposé. Lors de mon départ le lendemain, il m’a été indiqué qu’aucune solution ne pouvait m’être apportée. Cet incident m'a m'empêcher d'assister à un colloque professionnel durant 2h. Déçue du sejour dans cette hôtel.
