This hotel was in a very convenient location, super easy to find and the mosque was 18 minute walk. The room was comfortable and a great reprieve from some of the other beds we saw at older riads. The only issue we had was the door man who was very insistent on a tip when we didn’t use his services - followed us to the street trying to take our luggage

Stay was amazing only that on the first day the breakfast wasn't buffet as written during booking, the room was super clean though I spot a roach coming under my bed, I believe is just a coincidence. Other than that everything was superb.

Honestly, the service is very terrible in this hotel. They only give you one small bottle of water for your stay even if you book for a month and we are two adults I asked for a bottle of water the next day they told me you can only get it once And the water in the lobby is way overpriced. Also the shower gel and amenities or all empty.

Den angegebenen Parkplatz ebenso wie Tiefgarage sind nicht vorhanden. Zunächst hieß es der Parkplatz sei nur heute gesperrt, dann, dass er für ein paar Tage wegen einer Baustelle nicht zugänglich sei. Als ich den Parplatz sehen wollte, wurde dann gebeichtet, dass es gar keinen Parplatz gibt! Weiter geht es mit der Klimaanlage. Sowohl in meinem Zimmer (und 2 weiteren die mir gezeigt wurden) defekt! Als Lösung hat man mir gesagt, ich könne doch einfach das Fenster aufmachen... auf die stark befahrene 6-spurige Straße vor dem Hotel. Auf mehrfaches Nachfragen hat mir die Rezeptionistin gestanden, dass die Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel nicht funktioniert, nur in der Lobby wo ein eigenes Gerät steht. Das Rooftop war nicht zugänglich, warum konnte niemand sagen. Die Sauna und das Dampfbad sind nicht kostenfrei zugänglich! Nur in Verbindung mit einer (im Voraus) gebuchten Massage oder Spa-Pflege! Zur Krönung des Ganzen war bei Ankunft unser Waschbecken verstopft. Am nächsten Morgen ging es genauso weiter. Die Inhalte vom warmen Frühstück waren kalt und zum größten Teil leer und wurden erst nach mehrfachem Nachfragen zögerlich aufgefüllt. Ich habe mehrfach darum gebeten mit einem Manager zu sprechen, dieser sei aber nicht im Haus gewesen. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde mir mündlich eine Kostenerstattung versprochen, schriftlich wollte es niemand festhalten. Letztendlich wurde mir eine Email genannt, die ich kontaktieren sollte. Es war die der Rezeption...

Hôtel bien situé, quartier Bourgogne à deux pas de la corniche et de la mosquée Mohammed V. Chambre flambant neuve, très propre et confortable. Nous avions un mini studio spacieux au 9e étage. Nous y sommes allé deux fois, à l'aller et au retour, vraiment top. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais un peu cher (15 €/pers) comparé à ce que vous pouvez trouver à l'extérieur. Nous y retournerons.
