I stayed two nights. The staff was friendly. I wouldn’t book again thought. First of all, there are no elevators, which presented a challenge lugging two giant suitcases, a laptop bag, and a purse upstairs in heels with a bad back.
The room A/C unit didn’t cool well. No coffee in the room, and lobby desk is unattended from 11 pm - 8 am. Housekeeping didn’t make up the room after the first night.
The paid parking was a nightmare. It’s across the street in a fenced-in lot with a high back wall and barbed wire. Guests have to unlock a combination lock, slide open a gate, run to their car, exit, and then slide the gate closed. Pull the bar back up, lock it, and rescramble the combo lock. Mind you not the safest area, with adjacent buildings all having bars on the windows.
Next time I’ll pay more and stay at a chain hotel with valet parking, a gym, coffee in the room, central air…
