I would recommend this place 100% my husband and I stayed for 4 nights, the staff is incredibly nice, they make you feel definitely welcome give you advise to where to go, they have an spa that was also amazing, they even called us to make sure we had our breakfast, we just loved it and will definitely come here next time, the price, the location, the room I'm satisfied with everything ❤️

This small hotel is very charming. It is located in the Old Quarters of Hanoi and is close to all the things that are of interest to tourists like myself. The staff consists of very young people (I'm guessing they are all 20-25 years old), but they are very courteous and professional. The check-in staff all speak english fluently. Wonderful 2 night stay in Hanoi Old Town

We were greeted by Tracy & Lucy , throughout our stay they were extremely friendly and helpful (as were all the staff). Our room was 907 with great view of neighbourhood and very quiet (no street noise). I had an issue with the hairdryer that they promptly replaced. Breakfast had a wide selection from eggs made to your liking, pho, fruit, pastry and other hot dishes. Definitely would recommend this hotel in Old Town, walking distance to most attractions, shop and lake. We have had 3 family members stay here and recommend this hotel, it did not disappoint.
