The hotel was slightly dated but that added to the charm, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is on a main road but it's still very quiet. the bed just wraps around you and is so comfy, the linen is snow white and imaculatley clean as is the rooms, i will be booking again a third time and looking forward to my stay again.

The staff were really helpful, friendly and made you feel welcome. The hotel is tired and needs updating but it was clean enough. The price reflects this. Breakfast was a buffet style, when there was a lot of staying guests, otherwise it was cooked and plated for you, including cereal help yourself toast, apple or orange juice, it was plentiful, couldn’t ask for more. The Regal is in the centre of Cleveleys, ideal for the promenade and shopping.

Presently ,there are electrical works being carried out at the hotel. This caused me a great problem as i couldnt keep cool whilst going throigh chemo treatment. Mark, one of the managers took control of our complaints and dealt with them straight away. We could not fault the staff. They need commending for their hard work through difficult times. The hotel could do with a refurb and hopefully, the electrical work will be completed quickly. Great D.J. Mark, good cleaning staff and bar staff. Only 2 parking spaces after manager has hers.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel, much larger than expected. Nice room, great friendly staff and excellent breakfast. We got a bargain but would definitely pay more to stay again. Free parking if you're lucky to grab a spot.

Dated decour but under new owners who are renovating. The hotel has the most helpful wonderful staff, nothing to much trouble to them. Food good, ideal central location, clean safe and secure. Close to tram and bus stops. Bar at the premises with entertainment. Their motto 'Arrive as strangers leave as friends ' 100% true Definitely would stay there again

My sister and i stayed overnight midweek. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, lacking some fruit and yoghurt but everything else was good. Bed was comfy, room very clean, restaurant very clean and lounge very comfortable. Could do with some updating but the staff made it a great stay and if im in the area again i wouldnt hesitate to come back.
