Called to ask for an early check in, got the answer that it's only available at 13 (instead of 15) and for a fee of 100 SEK. That was contrary to what the rules said in Hotels .com, where it said it would be free and no limitation of 13 o clock. I arrived earlier because I had a meeting, but the reception was unmanned and there was no bell. In the reception there were hand written notes saying yet another set of rules contrary to Hotels and email. I went away and came back at 13 to get my room, and I had already arranged to be met in the reception at that time sharp. Nobody was there so I had to call. Then came a very young woman who understood the assignment but had to call her boss, who I could hear speak German with her. The misconception was blamed on me instead of him and I could hear him getting increasingly annoyed with having to deal with guests. We debated the fee extensively and even bigger was the trouble of getting the passcode to my room which was now 25 minutes late and over 90 minutes from my first call. I was already missing my meeting. The passcode was to be sent using my phone number, which he blames Hotels for not revealing, but he already had my number from my first call. Beside me was another guest who had equal troubles checking in, because the manager had confused three rooms+names and sent the second guest 3 passcodes and me 0. The girl understood everything, the manager nothing. My 100 SEK was not returned. Can't recommend, will not return. Service 0.
