SĂ©jour catastrophique et service client indigne

J’ai sĂ©journĂ© dans un appartement Ă  CĂŽme via Rent All Como, censĂ© offrir des prestations de qualitĂ©. L’expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© tout simplement dĂ©sastreuse : dĂšs le 2e jour, coupure d’électricitĂ© et d’eau chaude pendant que j’étais sous la douche, machine Ă  laver en marche. AprĂšs plusieurs heures sans solution, on dĂ©couvre que c’est la machine elle-mĂȘme qui provoque les coupures. RĂ©sultat : une doudoune trempĂ©e, pas d’eau chaude, pas de possibilitĂ© d’utiliser le sĂšche-cheveux ni le four, car l’électricitĂ© sautait Ă  chaque tentative. (Pour le contexte, il a plu tout le long du sĂ©jour ce qui etait deja difficile Ă  vivre). Le comble ? On m’informe ensuite que le propriĂ©taire n’a pas payĂ© ses factures d’électricitĂ©, et que les pannes allaient se poursuivre tout au long du sĂ©jour. Une matinĂ©e perdue Ă  attendre des nouvelles, des vĂȘtements inutilisables, et une obligation d’aller Ă  la laverie. Le remboursement proposĂ© est une insulte Ă  la hauteur du prĂ©judice : Rent All Como m’a remboursĂ© seulement 30% du montant total payĂ© (et encore j'ai du nĂ©gocier car ils proposaient un % ridicule), pour eux cela represente 50% car ils dĂ©duisent la comission de la plateforme et des frais de mĂ©nage... Un professionnel sĂ©rieux aurait assumĂ© ses responsabilitĂ©s et proposĂ© un remboursement Ă  la hauteur. Bref un appartement type ikea ou rien ne fonctionne et aucune solution proposĂ©e, une soirĂ©e et une matinĂ©e de perdue
