Great family room, 2 single beds for the children and huge bed for us. Still with plenty of room. Although the children only got about half an hour in the late evening the entertainment facilities for the included football table, table tennis, bouncy castle (good size) mini football pitch, throwing games, colouring and lots more. Evening meal was average but breakfast was very good. Easy to cycle into the centre from the hotel.

We checked in on a very hot day, plenty of free parking at the hotel. We were given a room in the main building. It was unbearably hot(with a strange smell) The lady at reception and the manager were brilliant. We were given a room in the newer building. It was amazing. Very clean and cooler as it has a ventilation system. There are tea/coffee/water stations dotted around the hotel where you can help yourself to tea, hot and cold coffee and filtered water. There is a gigantic gym hall with a bouncy castle and various games for kids including a PlayStation. Breakfast was fantastic and had a great selection. The falafels and the brown sugar cake were highlights. My kids are asking when we can go back!

Unfortunately, the hotel did not have air-conditioning, which made it very difficult to sleep at night. The people at the front desk really didn’t know if there was anything they could do. They did change us to a newer building which they thought would be cooler but still not air-conditioned.. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel staff was great.

They don't clean the rooms everyday unless you specifically ask them to. The toilets don't flush completely. There were no temperature controls in the room. There was also no lotion, conditioner or fridge in the room. The staff offered us to put items in their fridge. There was a good gym and coffee machine at the hotel. It's pretty basic but reasonably priced.
