8/10 Very good

The room was nice and it was really quiet. The staff were nice. I think they could allow guests to exit at all the stairs for more convenience as there is only one way to go out without setting off the alarm. For someone who is claustrophobic i prefer the stairs, they were just confusing to find the only stairwell that went to the lobby. Over all our stay was nice though.

4/10 Fair

i have stayed at this hotel before and never had any issues the staff were always friendly and helpful unfortunately this stay was quite different i found the staff to be rude and ambivalent to any issues we had it was busy so unsure if the staff were overwhelmed but the hotel is centrally located a short walk away from the town centre which is great
