Me quedé solo dos días,está muy bonito el hotel solo que el edificio q está a espaldas del edificio principal hacen mucho ruido los aires acondicionados,la primera noche no dormimos nada por el ruido,hasta el día siguiente q me cambiaron de habitación seguía igual,decidi hablar de nuevo a Recepción y nos cambiaron inmediatamente a una super habitación excelente y con minisplit sin hacer ruido,después de eso todo estuvo excelente,muy atento el personal.

Difícil decidir si regresamos o no a este hotel, el check in fue bueno y rápido, nos asignaron habitación en el edificio de la parte de atrás en el piso 4 y la sorpresa fue que no hay elevador, cargar la maleta familiar 4 pisos está bastante complicado, en cuanto entramos a la habitación nos percatamos que había una cucaracha lo que nos puso a pensar en la limpieza general, la alberca de este edificio estuvo sucia los 4 días que estuvimos hospedados, no la aspiraron ni limpiaron en todos esos días, el área de albercas de la playa estaba un poco mas limpia sin estar impecable como en otros hoteles que hemos visitado, la atención de los meseros es buena, el ambiente es aceptable, hay una remodelación en el área de albercas lo que hace que te sientas como muy oscuro y sucio para comer, el estacionamiento es amplio y seguro, el wifi es bueno y el área de playa es aceptable.

Todo bien excepto por un par de cosas: 1. Llega un momento en que el olor dentro de la habitación es insoportable (imagino que no es problema del hotel sino de la refinería, pero aún así se pone difícil). 2. Nos tocó la mala suerte de que estaban remodelando el malecón y el ruido también se puso muy fuerte (igual, no fue algo que el hotel pudiera controlar). Definitivamente sí recomiendo el hotel. Ojalá pudieran hacer algo para evitar el olor a gas.

Si buscas una propiedad que te de todas las comodidades en la playa, este hotel es para ti. Yo estaba buscando un lugar frente a la playa, y que no tuviera que usar mi carro. Definitivamente fue una grata experiencia. Cuenta con 3 restaurantes, y un snack bar con muy buena comida y precios. Tiene 3 albercas y la zona de playa muy limpia y cuidada. Si viajas con un adulto mayor, asegúrate que tu reserva NO DIGA (no elevator), sí cuentan con habitaciones con elevador, pero hay que diferenciar. Definitivamente regresaré
