Rooms were clean and nice. However, the hotel setup was a bit confusing and misleading - the website states the hotel has an elevator; and while it may have elevators in the buildings, there was no mention of the separate buildings and the possible need to walk through the garden (which conatins stairs/steps) in order to get to your assigned room. Additionally, the staff did not explain that there are stairs/steps in the garden nor did they offer to provide assistance in getting the group's luggage to our rooms.

It was very quiet and the area outside was very nice. The room itself was kind of old, as far as furniture and the grates in front of the doors and windows. I slept well and was warm enough, even though it's December, and there were only two heaters in the suite. The restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast.

I’ve been staying at park Hotel Radebeul a few times. I was disappointed with cleaning and general upkeep. My sheets were not changed during a weeks stay, and in general the only thing cleaners seem to do was making the bed. I would urge management to address this, it’s a lovely place and you cannot fault facilities, staff and food. But, if I pay for a hotel I expect a clean room with clean sheets

Hyggelig personalet, men ga minimalt med informasjon. Sa f.eks. ingenting om frokost, hvor den ble servert, om restaurantene på huset og at bassenget kostet ekstra. Vi hadde i utgangspunktet bestilt et rom, men siden vi hadde med hund måtte vi bo i leilighet. I tillegg hadde de en side med regler for hunder hvor det stod hva hunder kan og ikke kan gjøre, hvis noe blir ødelagt osv. Aldri opplevd å få utdelt regelverk før. Måtte også betale 46 € ekstra per natt for å ha med hunden, siden de kun har helt spesielle leiligheter som tillater hund. Oppleves ikke akkurat hundevennlig. Men de hadde en velkomst gave til hunden og hundeposer hengende på tomten.
