When arrived, had to call a mobile to check in and was given a code for front door, then a code for the room, which seemed strange, but once in the room there was a key card, so was fine.
Clean and tidy. Fridge in room as well as tea, coffee and bottled water.
Had to hunt for the towels, as they were in the wardrobe!
I (female) was staying with my young son and was concerned about the front door. Everytime we went in or out, it was either not shut correctly or someone had left it with the Yale lock unlocked, so anyone could walk in. You had to make a concerted effort to make sure the door locked, so being open could have been by accident, but when unlocked, someone had to have done that on purpose.
There was parking at the rear, but this was reduced due to a truck being parked there, and how it was parked limited number of cars that could park without blocking in other cars. There was also a few spaces to park on the main road.
Overall, the place was good, in a good location for the city centre, clean and value for money.
