Overbooked, prepaid, relocated to cheaper hotel

The room we booked and prepaid through hotels.com was not available upon arrival, and no alternative option was provided. We were only informed on the day we arrived. Ultimately, we were relocated to a cheaper hotel, but the price difference was not reimbursed. Both the hotel and hotels.com blamed each other, with neither offering any meaningful support. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how they’re handled. In this case, the lack of proper resolution was deeply disappointing. Proceed with caution.

O Hotel é simples, mas é bem localizado, limpo e tem como diferencial toda a equipe de funcionários. Todos foram tão amáveis e prestativos que seria uma injustiça citar apenas um nome. Destaco, em especial, a atenção do pessoal da cozinha com a dieta vegana da minha filha. Todos os dias faziam comidinhas veganas, no café da manhã, e tudo delicioso.
