It all digital with a reliable, efficient keycard. Thou the kitchen staff to the Poppies cafe are separate from the hotel itself. They go above and beyond their service despite their cafe role. The hotel should greatly appreciate them. It is their smiles and embrace each day that made the stay kind and welcoming.

It was not bad for a solo traveler. The space is clean and tidy. Just be aware it is very tight, so use it mainly to sleep and freshen up in the morning or evening. The staff is excellent and helps with any request if they can.

The good: Breakfast was good, room was decent and close to the bus stop. It's an auto hostel so there's no check-in desk, but it was easy to self check-in from your phone. Location seems safe, building seems fairly new. The few issues: The shower unfortunately drained really slow, leaving you standing in a puddle by the end of a shower. I also found 2 strands of hair from someone else in blankets (long dark hair that wasn't mine) when I first checked in.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent, breakfast was delicious!!! The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the ferry, which takes you across to Amsterdam Centraal Station and the city center. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a peaceful area while still having easy access to the main attractions.

Drove past as we didn't recognise it ( thought it was bigger)Booking in was a bit of a faff as I hadn't had the booking in email ,staff soon sorted it thought & helped me log in.assigned room 21 ground floor.Private bathroom in every room. It was small but perfectly formed.Adequate for us as we're small people.Not a lot of storage for bikers gear 2 drawers in the bed end, Our bike jackets were soaked so had to leave them in cafe are on the coat rack for 2 days to dry.Staff lovely food great all in all was a great find & would use again.Lovely find

Tiny room with a massive shower. Very comfortable bed and the room was both modern and clean. Extremely small space (you climb onto the bed from the bottom only and there is enough space for the door tomorrow and you need to move around it to enter) so more recommended for solo travellers. Location not central but easy enough to get to central within 30min walking and using ferry.
