This hotel is lovely and very well-located. The staff seemed to be very uneven. For example, the staff in the rooftop bar were over-worked and nearly everyone seemed to be new to the job. It made what should have been a nice space to relax unappealing. A lack of training is not the employees fault, but it does impact the stay.

Beautiful hotel, room a bit warm for our taste. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. They allowed us to try two different rooms but the temperature of the room were at its lowest and it did not cool. Truly beautiful hotel but if you prefer to sleep in a cool environment would not recommend.

I was very disappointed in the housekeeping services. The staff was lovely and responsive but my room was not cleaned for two days despite requesting services and when it was they did a terrible job leaving a dirty washcloth and no hand soap

Booked a paid in advance for a King Room, arrived 3 hours after Checkin and were given a room with 2 full size beds. Options to wait, but we had been traveling/sightseeing since 8am and really needed a room. We received $20 to be used at the restaurant for our trouble… (given 3 $10 vouchers, but the restaurant was only able to apply 2 of them).

Not worth it!

It was ok. I didn’t like the fact that it was no microwave in room and I had to go up front at the desk and let them warm my food up. I did not like the fact they do not offer free breakfast. I already spent 200 a night for the room at least they could have offer a free breakfast for that price I paid. The room was clean but I had to move rooms because toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to fine somewhere to park because you had to pay for parking if you couldn’t find a park so I had to wait until someone comes out to catch a park. If you ask me they should have gave me a discount. Then had to put a 100 down and website did not say that. I just feel like it wasn’t worth it for me.

The rooms were very small. The hotel also had a peculiar smell and kind of had a damp feeling. There is no parking lot only $30 valet service. Everything costs extra. The decor of the hotel was nice, my room was clean and the staff was efficient. I would not stay here again.

This is a really mice hotel. The loft concept is absolutely amazingand sets it apart from from the traditional hotels. The rooftop bar is also nice. The only this i did not like is the walls are not very well insulated, so o was able to hear everything in the room behind me. But other then that if your ok with noise this is a nice spot.

Very good except restaurant planning and slow serv

Quick check in. Everyone anxious to please. Had to wait to check out about 15 minutes as no one at deck. Valet came quickly and very polite. Only real negative was in the restaurant. Only 1 waiter had the entire room and he hustled. Didn’t know the soup of the day or the catch of the day. Had to check snd took 15 minutes. Ordered the pork chop( Best I have ever had and I love pork chops) with mashed potatoes and collared greens. Came back and said no greens were too salty. So settled for green beans. 20 minutes later bought macaroni and cheese . Told him I ordered green beans. Never got the green beans. My wife wanted the fried green tomatoes but told “we’re out of them”. How in the summer time? What we ate was excellent and I still tipped over 25% because the young man was trying so hard. Need more than 1 waiter!

Housekeeping was kind of rude, and let the doors slam so loudly upon closing that my walls shook, so that was unnecessary and annoying. They also knocked on my door at least twice hours prior to checkout despite my having the "quiet" sign displayed on the door. My check-in experience was rather lackluster. The valet service was extremely lazy and I had to juggle my own luggage.
