This is my second stay, and the service at the front desk was really good, but I must say things have deteriorated: The carpets on the landing were quite grubby, the air in the room was not fresh at all, even with the window open all the time, the air conditioner made it worse, and did not really cool the room. The water in the fridge has gone from glass bottle to plastic which is less eco in my opinion. The fact that everything is cashless was a negative for me. There was no variation in the breakfast, same thing every day, The cheese slices appear to have been left out overnight and were curled and hard. The floor area around the breakfast area were sticky every morning. I think that in your attempt to save money, the quality has fallen significantly since my first visit in 2023.
