He had a premium room which was very spacious and had a great view of the cathedral. Hotel was also extremely close to S-Bahm/tram stop, thus giving great access to the city centre.

6/10 Good

Staff helpful and the room was big and clean, however the main problem was the AC. It did not work, and it was one of the hottest weeks in Germany ever 100F.
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

Initial con - there seems to be a lack of staff. Waited 20-30 mins to check in as there were no staff to check in, just the bartender. Then another day there was no bartender for about 20mins, just the receptionist. The room was spacious and quite clean, all amenities were helpful and appreciated. Bed was nice and comfy. We did come during a heatwave and thought the aircon could be cooler, but in normal weather I’m sure it’s good enough. I would return! Definitely nicer than the premier inns in the U.K.

Good hotel. Room is clean and furnishings are of good quality. Did not try the breakfast so cannot comment. Location is near to metro stop.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom as well. However, the air conditioning did not work well (during a heat wave...) and was central (we could not control the temperature ourselves). Be careful to close the shower door completely or you end up with a lovely puddle in the bathroom ;) We opted not to get the breakfast and instead grabbed a sandwich at the nearby bakery for less than half the price. The parking garage made for easy access but was an extra 19 euros per day. Well located for a short walk to central station and easy access to public transit.

Very good breakfast. Spacious and clean room with comfortable beds. Some type of coat rack would have been nice.

8/10 Very good

A nice hotel with large rooms, modern and very clean. Parking was easy enough (multi story car park right after the hotel) and you can enter the hotel directly from the car park too. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. 2 changes would make this 5 stars: 1. Beds were not that comfy (the ones in Dover were better) 2. Breakfast was very basic (bacon, powdered scrambled egg, sausages, beans). Needed hash browns/rostis plus no pancakes or waffles which we had at other hotels. Overall a pleasant experience.
